We’re so excited to celebrate our love with our favorite people in one of the most magical places on earth.
Our story has always been a mix of big ideas, unexpected turns, and figuring things out as we go — so it felt only right to bring everyone together in a place that celebrates imagination, creativity, and a little bit of chaos (the good kind).
From a waterfront ceremony to fireworks at EPCOT®, this weekend is all about spending time with the people we love, laughing a lot, and making memories we’ll still be talking about years from now.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Our story isn’t linear — and honestly, that’s exactly how we like it. What started as an annoyed coworker situation slowly turned into something neither of us saw coming. Caitlin met Patch when he was the IT Director at the church where she worked. She needed a MacBook. He said no. (More than once.) But even then, there was something about him — the way he genuinely cared about people, and how even technology, to him, was really about serving others.
Our first date was a competitive round of putt-putt (Caitlin won), followed by dinner at Pei Wei because, frankly, we were both broke. We walked away thinking, “Yeah… this probably isn’t a thing.” So naturally… we ghosted each other.
Patch moved to New York, had a full glow-up, and eventually found his way back to Michigan running sound at the same church where we first met. Caitlin didn’t even recognize him at first — but the personality was still very much there. One text turned into another, and suddenly the timing felt different.
That turned into building a Christmas set together (which involved soldering, sore fingers, and way more time together than planned), followed by a second first date at a ramen spot where we fully ignored proper slurping etiquette. This time, it stuck — even if it took another year to fully admit it.
From there, life took off. Big adventures. Bigger laughs. A whirlwind Disney trip where we somehow did all four parks in two days. A move to Nashville. Building spaces, memories, and a life full of creativity, chaos, and the people we love most. And eventually — after eight years (yes, eight… that one’s on Caitlin) — Patch proposed at a kickball game. Perfectly us. These days, life is full of adventure, laughter, and our three wild dogs who keep things loud and interesting. We love exploring, creating, hosting friends, and chasing whatever fun idea comes next.
That’s why Disney feels like the perfect place to celebrate this chapter — where Patch’s love for innovation meets Caitlin’s love for wonder, imagination, and just a little bit of magic.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and share this moment with the people who’ve been part of our story all along.

We’ll gather by the water to exchange vows in a space that feels calm, beautiful, and very us — the perfect way to kick off the day.
Time: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Living Seas Salon, EPCOT
Dinner, drinks, dancing, and plenty of time to hang out — all set inside one of our favorite EPCOT spaces.
Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Location: Terrace des Fleurs, EPCOT
Dessert, conversation, and a front-row view of EPCOT’s fireworks. Basically, a really great excuse to pause, look around, and take in the magic together.
Time: 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, EPCOT
We’ll end the night with one last adventure — because celebrating love should absolutely include a ride.

June in Florida is warm and sunny. We’ve planned everything with comfort in mind.
Some parts of the celebration take place inside EPCOT. Details will be shared closer to the date so everything is easy and stress-free. Don’t worry, you don’t need a park ticket for wedding day.
